Alzheimers Manawatu runs annual Memory Walks in Levin, Palmerston North, Feilding and Dannevirke in September to raise awareness of dementia and let people know about Alzheimers Manawatu's services.

Everyone is encouraged to Move for Dementia during September which is Alzheimers awareness month.

Alzheimers Manawatu also run dementia and memory loss question and answer sessions in the Manawatu, Horowhenua and Tararua regions to help provide information and support.
